Expressive Reading Workshop

In support of the “Church Alive!” focus this year of Annual Meeting at The Mother Church, Fifth Church Dallas is hosting an all-day workshop conducted by Don Feldheim. The focus will be on deepening our understanding of God’s Word and strengthening the branch’s readership and its healing mission.

Thrive Celebration Weekend!

Third Church in Dallas is hosting a Bible Study Seminars’ Thrive Celebration Weekend featuring Dick Davenport and Madelon Maupin over President’s Day Weekend, February 17-18. Everyone is invited!

The weekend will include inspiring Bible talks as well as multi-media presentations, professional music, comedy and character vignettes, interviews, and an interactive “world cafe” lunch with fresh perspectives on the Bible and spirituality.

There will be special breakout sessions for the 20-30 somethings–a great way to discuss spirituality with peers.

Contemporary worship gathering with members of the LA-based Living Love Band and an interview with Brian and Elizabeth Hall, both from Texas and now stationed at Fort Sill, OK, where Brian is an Army chaplain.

A Conversation with the Texas Committee on Publication

A Celebration of Carols

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord! Christmas Concert 2011 Invitation

Dear friends, please accept our invitation to Third Church’s Christmas Concert on Sunday, December 4, at 5:30 PM. This free concert features members of the Imperial Brass, Dallas Symphony Orchestra violinist Mary Reynolds, and vocalists Jodi Wright and Denise Lee. These artists will be joined by the Third Church Chorale and our organist, Scott Ayers, who produced and will conduct the program.

Most important of all will be our audience, as you raise your voices in singing the season’s most beautiful Christmas carols. We hope to see you at the concert!
